Shipping Destination

We currently ship exclusively within the United States (US). Please note that orders placed with delivery addresses outside of the United States will not be processed at this time.

We are thrilled to offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. There are absolutely no hidden fees, and no minimum order requirements are necessary to qualify.

Delivery Timelines

We strive to process your orders as quickly as possible. Our delivery timeline consists of two distinct stages:

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST)

Order Processing Time (Handling): 1–2 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.

Shipping Time (Transit): 4–6 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

We partner with FedEx and other trusted shipping carriers to ensure secure and reliable delivery.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 Business Days from the moment your order is placed.

Order Tracking

Yes, we provide real-time tracking for every order. Once your package is successfully dispatched from our facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's journey directly to your doorstep.

Duties and Taxes

For our customers in the United States, the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. Altibag covers all standard shipping fees, and there are no additional duties or taxes required upon delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we rely on trusted carriers, unforeseen delays can occasionally happen. In the rare event that your package is significantly delayed beyond our estimated delivery window, or if you suspect it is lost, please contact our support team immediately. We will coordinate directly with the carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
